Artificial Intelligence can assist in creating visually appealing and technically sophisticated web layouts. It can automate web elements, suggest UI/UX improvements and even generate code snippets based on user inputs.

However, we are still not on a point where A.I. can think of user needs, market demands or the broader context that drives business logics.

Ultimately, human expertise is irreplaceable.
